I founded Ferra Jewelry® brand in 2022 in Kyiv, Ukraine. I'm the founder, designer and a jeweller myself. All jewelry presented on this site, my own design and production. I am an officially registered manufacturer of jewelry. It means that each product has a state sample, a brand of the manufacturer, a tag and a seal. That is, everything is official, as in large manufacturers, only jewelry is created in limited collections or in limited quantities. Some of the jewelry has been created one of a kind.

Ferra Jewelry™ is about self-expression and breaking patterns. My creations are crafted for anyone who feels beyond the confines of widely accepted standards. I am against stereotypes and labels. You will never see a division of my jewelry into feminine and masculine – my creations transcend gender and age boundaries. Every person has the right to look the way they want and feel, not dictated by someone else's rules or expectations. My creations are a manifesto. My goal is for my jewelry to reveal individuality and emphasize the personality of each individual. Each time you gaze upon a piece of jewelry, I want that feeling of catharsis to emerge. I want you to feel the integrity of your inner self and outward expression.I dream that every person invests their feelings and personal meaning into my jewelry. Each piece should acquire its unique story and sentimental value: a ring - a gift from a loved one; a pendant - a symbol of long-lasting friendship; or earrings - an expression of care for your inner child...

And what can be more beautiful than the feelings that are in each of us? And what could be scarier than our own nightmares? It gives me inspiration to create everything that you can see in my creations.Mainly, my works about nature, gothic, mythology and symbolism. Recently, abstract and contemporary jewelry has also been added.

I create jewelry without using 3D-technology. In my opinion, this makes the products really unique, with certain features. Even people, for example, are not absolutely symmetrical: the minimal asymmetry laid down by nature itself gives each of us a certain charm, shows that we are real, alive. So with jewelry. Handmade is, first of all, a manifestation of true skill, which gives such products a special value. In addition, I enjoy the very process of creating - it's like creating a sculpture, but very small.First, an idea is born: a certain image from thoughts, my imagination and dreams, which is transferred by the sketch to paper. Next, a wax model is created. I use mixed techniques: this can be the formation of a sketch layer by layer, like a brush, only a wax spatula, which forms a three-dimensional figure; cutting on wax with various tools, almost like on wood, only on other scales; or cutting out with a file. All this makes it possible to achieve the desired shape.The second stage is metal casting: the wax model is placed in the mould, where molten metal is poured along the runner and forming a metal model. The casting process consists of melting of the silver itself in a kiln or crucible at a high temperature until the silver is liquid, then you have the delicate operation of pouring the liquid silver into the mould through carefully designed and positioned openings. A cooling period is needed for the piece.The third stage is the finish: jeweller takes the casting and removes any roughness and brings the piece to perfect smoothness and shine.the finished metal model has a rough surface, with many small defects that I remove manually to achieve the final result.
